IP "KRIVAJA" dd Zavidovici was founded in 1884 by the Austria-Hungary with the goal of utilization of forest resources. The enterprise works as a unique enterprise, and its activity can be seen through two fields-activities: wood industry and metal industry.

Wood industry has saw mill, two chair-production plants, two plants of massive furniture (pine and beech), parquet plant and veneer plant.

There is a wide range of wood industry products from sawn timber and parquet to peeled and sliced veneer, then veneer products (multiplex boards, waterproof boards, latoflex lath and bed inserts of various shapes), then tables of solid wood implemented with veneer and ultrapas, dining room sets, buffets, dressers, kitchens, bedrooms, anteroom, office furniture and other furniture.

The enterprise has its own developed sale net in the domestic and international market, i.e. its own plants in America and Germany.
